Public Offer Agreement (Terms of Service)
This Public Offer Agreement is a legally binding contract between Like2Draw and the individual who accesses or purchases the online drawing course “Learn to Draw Portraits Like a Professional — From Scratch in 20 Lessons”. By making a payment or accessing any paid lesson, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement and our Return & Refund Policy.
1. Subject of the Agreement
- The Provider offers an online educational course titled “Learn to Draw Portraits Like a Professional — From Scratch in 20 Lessons” consisting of 20 pre-recorded video lessons (each approximately 20 minutes in duration).
- The Course is delivered digitally through a Telegram chatbot, which automatically sends lesson links and instructions to the User.
- Video lessons are hosted on YouTube and accessed via unlisted or private links integrated into the Telegram bot system.
- The first lesson is provided free of charge for trial purposes. The remaining 19 lessons are available only after full payment for the Course.
- The Course is intended solely for personal educational use and may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or resold in any form.
2. Acceptance of the Offer
- This Agreement constitutes a public offer under applicable U.S. law.
- The Agreement is deemed accepted by the User upon:
- clicking the “Pay Now” or equivalent payment button within the Telegram bot or on the website, or
- transferring payment through any supported payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- By completing payment, the User automatically and irrevocably agrees to all terms of this Agreement, including the Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and Digital Content Delivery Terms.
3. Scope of Services
- Upon receipt of payment, the Provider grants the User digital access to 19 paid video lessons sequentially delivered through the Telegram bot.
- Access to lessons is provided in a structured manner; lessons are unlocked one by one according to the course plan.
- The Provider guarantees continuous access to the Telegram bot and video lessons for the duration of the course and reasonable maintenance period thereafter.
- Minor interruptions due to platform maintenance, Telegram, or YouTube downtime do not constitute service failure.
4. Payment Terms
- The total price of the Course is displayed before payment and may vary depending on promotions, discounts, or offers.
- Payment must be made in full prior to receiving access to paid lessons.
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment systems (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
5. Digital Delivery and Non-Refundable Nature
- The Course constitutes digital educational content delivered electronically.
- Once access to paid lessons is granted, the service is considered fully delivered.
- In accordance with U.S. consumer protection law and standard e-commerce practice, digital goods are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that:
- Refunds are not available after access to any paid lesson is granted.
- Refunds are not available for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or technical issues on the User’s side.
- Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where a verified technical error on the Provider’s side permanently prevents access to paid materials, and no paid content was accessed.
6. Return & Refund Policy
- The full Return & Refund Policy is publicly available at https://like2draw.art/policy.
- By completing payment, the User automatically agrees to and accepts the Return & Refund Policy as part of this Agreement.
- The Provider maintains digital records (e.g., timestamp, user ID, and confirmation log) as proof of User consent.
7. User Responsibilities
- The User agrees:
- not to share or publish course materials;
- to access lessons only through their own Telegram account;
- to comply with intellectual property laws.
- Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. Provider Responsibilities
- The Provider ensures:
- timely delivery of lessons through the Telegram bot;
- access to video materials hosted on YouTube;
- reasonable technical support in case of access issues.
- The Provider is not responsible for:
- temporary outages of Telegram or YouTube;
- user-side device or connection failures;
- unauthorized access caused by third-party actions beyond the Provider’s control.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User.
- The Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or expected profits.
10. Intellectual Property
- All materials, videos, texts, and graphics in the Course are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider.
- Unauthorized copying, recording, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
- Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be settled amicably through negotiation.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

Legal Notice
- You are purchasing a digital educational product;
- You waive any statutory right to cancel or request a refund once access to paid content has been granted;
