Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to the online drawing course “Learn to Draw Portraits Like a Professional — From Scratch in 20 Lessons”, delivered via a Telegram bot.

1. General Information

By completing the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Access and Delivery

1. The first lesson is provided free of charge for trial and evaluation purposes.
2. After payment, you receive access to the remaining 19 video lessons (about 20 minutes each) delivered sequentially in the Telegram bot.
3. As this is a digital product, access is granted immediately after payment; therefore, traditional return rights do not apply.

3. Non-Refundable Digital Goods

All sales are final. In line with international rules for digital content, once access has been granted to paid materials, refunds cannot be issued.

Refunds are not available if:

1. You have already received or accessed any paid lesson.
2. You changed your mind after purchase or expected a different level of difficulty/content.
3. You lost access to your Telegram account, deleted the bot, or encountered issues on your side (internet, device, or app problems).
4. The purchase was made during a promotion, sale, or with a discount code.

4. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

1. A verified technical issue on our side permanently prevents you from receiving the paid content; or
2. You submit a written refund request within 24 hours of purchase before any paid lesson has been delivered or accessed.

If approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only under the conditions above), please:

1. Email us at like2draw.help@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment.
2. Include your full name, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue.
3. Attach evidence (screenshots or videos) clearly showing the technical problem.

Requests that do not meet these requirements will not be reviewed or processed.
